Sharing my top 5 makeup must haves that I can’t live without today with you!

I feel like we have become such close friends, (we are right?) I have decided to dish out and tell you my favorite make up items.

This is strictly just make up stuff. I do have favorite skincare products on a separate post here if you would like to go check that out! I talk all about my current daily skincare routine.

I am always up for trying new makeup and beauty products. However, my skin is sensitive and am at the weird stage of life between zits and wrinkles AKA both. So, a lot of things either make me break out or do not have anti aging benefits in them.

These five makeup must haves are staples in my life for a reason and I don’t see them going anywhere anytime soon!

5 MAKEUP MUST HAVES I CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT

  1. Dior Diorshow Lash-Extension Effect Volume Mascara

Why I love it: The product container itself has an airlock twist cap/bottle that prevents it from drying out and makes the mascara last SO much longer. One coat does the trick in making my lashes appear fuller, and way longer longer. It does not clump, or flake off. I have really sensitive eyes, and my eyes water easily. This mascara is the only one I have used that by the end of a long day is not flaking off into my eyes!

Color I use: 090 Black

2. Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner

Why I love it: The applicator is a soft fine felt tip making it super easy to get a smooth line with out smudging. Do not let the fact that it is waterproof scare you away. I have never ever have had a hard time removing this, or needing to scrub my eyelids. I use my normal makeup remover and it comes off with ease. I love the fact that it is water proof! It stays in place allll day and doesn’t bleed or transfer.

Color I use: Black

3. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz Mechanical Brow Pencil

Why I love it: It is just one thing! Other brow products are like a brush and dip and wand. That is just a little bit too crazy for me. On one end you have the mechanical brow product that is just a simple twist up. The other end is the brush, which I use in the beginning to get my brows in place, and then at the end again to blend.

Color I use: Soft Brown

4. it Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream with SPF 50+

Why I love it: It has ANTI ANGING BENEFITS! (hydrolyzed collagen, peptides, niacin, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants and vitamins A, B, C and E.) I love the coverage it gives me, while still feeling so weightless and looking like I have nothing on my face. It is full coverage, that is totally buildable, color correcting, and has SPF 50 in it so you skin is protected all day long.

Color I use: Light

5. Urban Decay Naked Flushed Bronzer, Highlighter & Blush

Why I love it: Easy. Bronzer, highlighter, and blush all in one compact! Plus the colors are perfection. The Bronzer is the perfect shade of glow that is great to do a light contour with. The colors blend together well, and you can totally build with each depending on how strong of a look you want.

Color I use: Going Native

side note: When looking for pictures for this post I had a hard time, since all of my pictures are focused on what I am wearing and in most I have sunglasses on! Oops sorry about that but promise I am wearing making under those frames 🙂
